Operations Manager

Heather leads the service team in the Wyoming General Office. She started her career at New York Life in 2018 and enjoys the interactions with her team, the agents, and working with the Agency management team to daily help our agents and clients.

Heather became a runner during the 2020 shutdown and enjoys little more than a good long run.

She is also very active in her church as a lead vocalist on the worship team as well as leading the audio-visual team.
